Linguaglossa
1999
About this series
25 ink drawings on paper, evoking a poem by Jean-François Patricola dedicated to Mount Etna. [Collection Les carnets de la Sentinelle, L'ABECEDAIRE EDITEUR, A Dessin, Paris].
The ink peels off the paper, just as speech (glossa) peels off the tongue (lingua) [that moves in the mouth].
